I could not find the 20 g C02 eq/kWh originally quoted (referenced here as well: https://arxiv.org/pdf/1910.09700.pdf) perhaps it's just an old figure? It looks like Hydro Quebec published 34.5 g C02 eq/kWh instead according to this article https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1364032120307206 and their website here: https://www.hydroquebec.com/sustainable-development/specialized-documentation/ghg-emissions.html
