[FEATURE] Add histology anonymization #932

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, GaNDLF only supports radiology images for anonymization [ref], and adding the same ability for histology images would be great.

Describe the solution you'd like

Integrate DSA's de-identification tool [ref] would be great! It is license-compliant with MLCommons.

Describe alternatives you've considered

N.A. (nothing that is license-compatible with Apache, anyway).
