Replace snusr_lr.zip with 25 images one and remove snusr_hr.zip

• The archive snusr_lr.zip now contains all 25 images (instead of 20) from the SNUSR dataset.
• I also removed the archive snusr_hr.zip which contains only 20 images. Since we now don't need it for the performance run, it should be fine. (see https://github.com/mlcommons/mobile_app_open/pull/645).
• If we need to provide the snusr_hr.zip for accuracy run, we can do it in another PR.
