fixing telnet not giving all the channels #321

there are 3 different telnet commands to get power data from PTD (one for DC, one for AC, and another for multichannel AC). Trick is that multichannel AC doesn't give same output as old logs which we always used. Please someone take a look and potentially fix the monstrosity of the code that is fixing format
