cloudmesh-mllog: update versions #50

add the versions to cloudmesh-mllog Keep in mind that on some architectures git is not installed. so this needs to be done on the headnode

so we should redirect to a file or update the yaml file and then read that into the prg

on some machines git is disabled on the nodes or not available.

So I suggest we add a specific version management tag to the yaml file such as

   name: cloudmask
   version: mlcommons-clousmask-v1.0
