I really have no idea, also I do not have access to the list of people who have signed the CLA. Can ahmadki sign the CLA again? In my case I had a CLA problem because I switched my username, but I doubt this is the case here.
Added a script to convert PyTorch weights (.pth) to a pickled dictionary of numpy arrays.
