Would you consider the system to be the same if the main training chip is the same?

It matters for internal logistical reasons. It is easier to reserve machines with same processors but not the identical chassis/cluster.

SWG: This is complicated. We should write clear rules, but it will take work. For now, review committee will decide if two systems are sufficiently identical for MLPerf purposes.
