Hi there,

I was trying to reproduce the results on MIMIC-III on mTAN, which is other work of you. It suggested me to follow the data preprocessing of this repository. But the scripts as you suggested in README seems gone for some unkonw reason. I can't produce the .db file used in your mimic_data_extraction.py file. Is there any alternative way that you can provide to reproduce the reuslt?

Regards

Hi, do you find the scripts after or any alternative processing scripts? Thanks!

Hi @yvonneywu and @IcurasLW, please take a look at the MIMIC-III dataset page and it has instructions to create the database.
