Proxy authentication #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter all info
2. enter proxy info
3. enter proxy username/password info

What is the expected output? 
it should notify me.

What do you see instead?
it does nothing presumably because it can't get through the proxy because
the proxy needs authentication. (http proxy in my case)

What version of the product are you using?
java 1.1
On what operating system?
Win XP

Please provide any additional information below.
