A very useful program! Thanks.

Suggestions:

1. The taskbar icon should inform you if it can't connect (like the Gmail
notifier app - it shows an exclamation point). I typoed my password and
didn't know it, so I just wasn't getting any notifications since it
couldn't connect....

2. I don't want to have to type in my password every time the program
starts. I'm the only one who uses my computer; I'd like it to store my
password -- it doesn't matter if it's in plan text.

3. The taskbar icon should flash or look more noticeable when you get a
new message. I can see that it kind of outlines itself in red, but it's a
very thin red line and hard to see. Make it really POP all red so it's
very noticeable.

4. I would also like it if I could make it play an MP3 of my choice when it
detects a
new massage.

Also, the notifier icon is very pixelated for me. It would be nice to have a
new one.
Thanks for the great work! I am excited to try the app once you get it working
again.

Another feature suggestion would be to provide a pop-up menu option to allow
the user
to open the Google Voice inbox.

@mwgesner - You know that you can double click the notifier icon in the system
tray
and it launches the Google Voice inbox, right? Also if you click on a
notification
balloon, it will also take you to your inbox.

Hi there, I can't figure out what to enter in the proxy boxes for the options.
And it
seems a little weird that there's no place to enter my google voice #! Am I
missing
something? I just can't get this to work.
