GCP in `mle monitor` panel #67

Given that we do now successfully support GCP jobs, it would be nice to split the white "support panel" in the rich dashboard with the stats of running GCP jobs/their resource usage. Maybe check out Grafana, WandB, Prometheus for more inspiration.

Maybe also go for centralized dashboard via WandB!
