Fix GCS .zip upload file naming #71

There seems to be a bug which uploads all experiment directories to the GCS bucket as experiments/5bad0dba656002d47265a733ce8bf038.zip. This is a problem since it overwrites the previously stored experiment. Figure out what is going wrong. Potential issues:
