Add "separate dashboard" for Projects Only #27

This would better direct and focus viewers to my freelance software projects. Presumably, it would be better to send Guru.com and even hiring managers to this new URL (rather than the default logixware.com page).

Added new single column dashboard page that displays the "github project portfolio listing" widget. I can send the URL to this new page in the cases where I want the recipient to focus primarily on past technical experience/projects.
