Display "technologies in use" on Logixware Portfolio carousel #39

These should be available from the Github API.

After a brief exploration into this, it appears that Github is only offering the "topics" (aka, technologies in use) as a beta that requires a change to the request header. I don't want to make that change just now. https://developer.github.com/v3/search/#search-topics
