I updated the angular version and also some dependencies. I changed some imports, but left everything working.

@willianferreiradev the owner of this repo is not talkative. I learned a lot from this repo thanks to him. However I think we should be able to contribute it somehow. What do you think on creating an organization for v3 of admin-lte for angular based on this repo?
