Filament sensor #1

Hey Michael,

I want to use your fork but I don't want to lose the filament sensor. I'll be using a Pallet 2 to fuse filaments together and I think I'd like it. Figuring out how to do pause and resume from Octoprint, Klipper, or a remote writable micro sd card is in my future.

Any thoughts?

Warmly, Ben

Hey @mlee12382, what features are enabled/disabled by this fork? Maybe I could help update the README? I feel like you've done awesome work but it isn't clear to me exactly what I'd be gaining and losing to switch to it. It would also be helpful to have a section on building/deploying this sucker.

Thank you so much. Ben

Sorry, I never got a notification for your first post, that's weird. Lol The filament sensor is handled by the screen firmware, it is only active when the current z height is over 0.8mm for some reason. It should still function as stock with my firmware. I have a readme in the Advanced folder with enabled features and changes listed.
