Moving column with enabled autotooltips plugin raise exception #1126

When autotips plugin enabled, moving of the column, raise next exception:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'toolTip' of undefinedhandleHeaderMouseEnter 
Event.notify
trigger 
handleHeaderMouseEnter
