Is there any option to have a top and bottom horizontal scroll bar. I have a user complaining the bottom scrollbar is outside of their viewport and they don't have a mouse with middle mouse button side scrolling so it's awkward to use.
E.g
If not I will attempt to fake one manually as seen here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18994360/jqgrid-horizontal-scrollbar-at-top-by-header
