A Project for the Merbl lab at Cornell. The aim is to create a registration pipeline whereby large .bif files of histological sections can be put in registration with an MRI template in order to view the anatomy in high resolution.
Need to understand what the ultimate requirements will be; particularly in terms of how often will brains need to be analysed and processed. Who will perform this registration etc.
Possibly discuss setting up a list of requirements as a Google Sheet so that we can keep track of the ultimate goal
