Windows machines could not run git command with '--cached' option #9

Refactored how CLI commands are fired in the script - now use execa dependency, which is know to work on the problem laptops.

Also

updated npm dependencies
added a new test
bumped version for deploy
made check.js a slim module that loads the checker and runs it
removed self-executing command from checker module and renamed
added a git.js file that handles running git commands
