Cast spells quieter or without gestures #843

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Characters should possibly be able to cast spells without making significant sound or magical gestures.

Perhaps this matters most with illusion spells. It'd be great if someone could research discussions on this.

Describe the solution you'd like Maybe we should use something like PF2e's Silent Spell and Conceal Spell?

Describe alternatives you've considered Spells can't be hidden or made quieter

Subtle Spell added as an option to the Metamagic feat.
