Second Wind doesn't work at 1st level

Second Wind is a 1st level feature all player characters have. It says:

...As an action, you can spend up to half your Health Dice.

but at 1st level, half of 1 is 0, since it's rounded down.

I think the solution is to add "(minimum 1)" at the end.
