Calculate actions as part of challenge #923

as part of #898 I'll need to modify the data to calculate the damage from saving throws such as Ancient Black Dragon's Acid Breath.

Started putting all actions in one central location. Acid Breath, Cold Breath, Fire Breath, and Lightning Breath are done.
