Repeatable spells and extra actions #955

I think there is an issue with repeatable spells and the 2 actions system. After the first cast, you can use both your actions to cause the effect again, so you can make 2 lightnings strike with Call Lightning, since "and as an action on each of your turns thereafter".

I am not sure if this is an issue or not, actually. I don't know if the DPR will be busted with this. Well, at least not sure with creatures that have 2 actions, but any creature with more actions would be pretty above the expected when calling 3 or 4 lightning strikes, I believe.

If this behaviour is not intended, it can be fixed if a simple "as an action once on each of your turns thereafter".

Good that you reported this. I think we should limit these repeatable options to once a turn.

Spells with repeatable actions are now limited to once each turn.
