Convert some minor bonuses/penalties to advantage #965

There are many cases of minor bonuses or penalties like Bless, Bane, Befuddling Curse (Witchcrafter). These should likely be changed to use advantage instead. We can bump the spells up by 1 mana.

Spells that provide continuous minor bonuses or penalties now provide advantage or disadvantage instead and are adjusted to 2 mana.

Adjusted Bane, Bless, Bolster, Ceremony: coming of age and dedication (mana not increased as it is a once in a lifetime event), Fortune’s Favor, Fortunes of Fate: The Magician (mana cost not increased), Precognition, Temple of the Gods (mana cost not increased), and the Witcrafter's Befuddling Curse. I also removed the minor penalty from Bestow Misfortune as it already has similar effects.
