Clarify Psychic Reformation's interaction with Mage's spellbook

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The Psychic Reformation spell allows replacing known spells with other spells. After casting Psychic Reformation, the character now knows a new spell.

The "Your Spellbook: Replacing the book" section of the Mage mentions transcribing spells you know into a (new) spellbook.

By my understanding of the interaction between these two features, a Mage can use Psychic Reformation (possibly learned via Arcane Research) to learn a new spell, transcribe the new spell into the spellbook, and repeat until all spells from the Mage's known themes are in the spellbook (or the Mage runs out of money). The Mage can then has a significant power boost for Arcane Adaptation and Arcane Inspiration.

While the Arcane Discoveries section describes that replacing a known spell on leveling up makes the spell disappear from your spellbook, it is unclear whether this behavior happens every time any spell is replaced or forgotten.

Describe the solution you'd like Please clarify in the Mage class what happens when the mage forgets a known spell and/or learns a new one outside of leveling up (ex: via Psychic Reformation). How does the change in known spells interact with the spellbook?

I am personally fine with my current understanding being the desired result, but our previous discussions in Issue #758 suggests that this is against your desired design.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative solution would be to clearly state in the Mage class that forgetting or replacing a known spell for any reason also makes it disappear from the spellbook. This becomes a bit messy when you consider what happens when a Mage dies or is targeted by something like Modify Memory. Would the spellbook become erased if the Mage forgets their spells or dies?
