Consider allowing animal companion without mana #992

Maybe a Ranger can have an animal companion in a non-magical way.

Animal Companion split to Animal Companion and Animal Summon feats. Animal Companion is non-magical and requires stamina. Animal Summon is magical and requires mana or psi.
