caddy 0.10.12 + protocole proxy #18

We are getting an issue using the latest caddy image 0.10.12 with the protocol proxy plugin:

caddy_1    | 2018/04/10 14:42:57 http: TLS handshake error from 172.18.0.2:36198: tls: oversized record received with length 22617

we should revert that commit https://github.com/mlfmonde/cluster/commit/d5b18a6c82d67186d70e6f5da26c874e84483485 while fixing this issue

note: if there are existing key in k/v store as caddy file is renderer at deploy time services should be deploy or values manually updates in order to accept protocol proxy packets:

proxyprotocol 0.0.0.0/0
