Video + processed DLC data not working #31

Hi,

I would like to use Deepof on some pre-processed data from DLC (mainly meaning downsampled and sliced data). The video is still original, now we are having some problems running deepof on this combination. Would it perhaps be a problem that the video and the data are not the same length? Is this something deepof checks for? It does run on the original DLC data, hence my question.

Hi, @KRCTN

Thank you for your interest in DeepOF! Yes, with the current implementation this is likely to cause problems. It should be relatively easy to patch, however. I'll look into it and get back to you ASAP.

In the meantime, downsampling the videos (with ffmpeg, for example) should fix the issue. Hope it helps!
