Spacing/indentation around environment #2

There should be support for setting things up so that the pseudo environment is not indented, for example, and has a configurable amount of space above/below it. It should also be possible to suppress indentation of the following paragraph.

Dropping the suppression of indentation, for now, as that can be handled either by using \noindent or (e.g.) commenting out any empty lines after the environment. (Might introduce something later, perhaps.) Beyond that, this issue is fixed by c7cf8b1d9310807a67dee0e9dbef2ef7b0e7d72d.
