As an end user of mlflutter after I have installed the application and started it up (and it has installed mlhub for me as in #5) I want to run the openai model, for example, for transcription. But it it not yet installed. The mlflutter applicaiton will notice this and offer to install the package for me (ml install openai). Once installed I can use the new functionality.
