Repository index file missing? #250

New to the ML Hub. After installed, I keep getting this error message of accessing the repo.

$ ml available mlhub: Cannot access the ML Hub repository: https://mlhub.ai/

To list the locally installed models:

$ ml installed

Digging a bit into the source and it seems that the program is trying to access this URL which gives 404 response.
