Rewording around blocks and sequential blocks. #110

I addressed two comments that were punted from https://github.com/mli/new-docs/pull/40

  1. "Confusing use of concatenation. Would suggest rephrasing where this word is used."
  2. "Why not start with the simpler one of the two (reordering Sequential to come before Custom Block)? Would it be too complicated to switch this ordering around now?"
