Moved the content to /_static/autograd/ and updated links. Fixes https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/issues/15160

Had to remove anything with <img src... for some reason the website rendering just skips those lines without any notification. Using html to include the video works, but not images. That's a bug. But using a markdown image works fine, so I'm using that.
