image in notebook rendering incorrectly #3

The giraffe image in develop/guide/gluon/data_augmentation.html#Data-preproecessing looks incorrect. New docs: 2018-11-01_18-32-22 Old docs: 2018-11-01_18-32-36

Also, all of the other images in this tutorial seem to be rendering incorrectly.

we didn't enable evaluation right now. i think it should be fixed automatically later
