Need to settle on a contact us link #2

Option: use the DLXS feedback forms

The current DLXS feedback forms used in the collections are strongly linked to Image/TextlClass, but the feedback machinery seems to support linking to https://quod.lib.umich.edu/cgi/t/text/feedback-idx?page=feedback from another quod.lib page: the form captures the "return" link as https://quod.lib.umich.edu/lib/colllist/.

Note for preview: the machinery rejects any referers that don't originate on the same quod.lib host.

Option: configure a new Qualtrics form

Only possible issue is that it'd be a close-but-not-exactly-the-same match to the DLXS forms. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

@bridgetburke the "contact us" link should be https://quod.lib.umich.edu/cgi/t/text/feedback-idx?page=feedback --- I've rigged the return link to trust the referer from localhost and digital-collections-a-z.netlify.
