Check if that would be a replacement (somehow), or we should use that for similar (but much easier) web sites then. I currently use Gatsby (here) and Docusaurus (on a few other), and would like to learn if 11ty is "better".
Source File System: I don't understand (yet) which options are available, but I think that is not so critical. Some convention, using it right should do the trick.
Pages: Use static HTML, include there template/include with the right content then. Similar to the mechanism Rails is using.
GraphQL: That may be the biggest obstacle here. Perhaps for me, it is sufficient to have the content as it was, and use the right structure and collections then. I should do a spike about it.
