Resizing the board does not work as expected

When I resize the board in the different modes, the working is different:

• pgnBoard: works
• pgnEdit: works somehow, could adapt as well sizing of moves, ... (depending on the layout)
• pgnView: no resize of buttons or moves. however, doing the next move readjusts the moves and buttons
• pgnPrint: always broken, but not the problem of resize
