To improve user experience in our chat interface, particularly during asynchronous operations like message sending and fetching, we need a more responsive and informative loader component.

Goals

Enhanced User Feedback: Implement a loader that provides immediate feedback during asynchronous operations in the chat interface.
UI Integration: Ensure that the loader visually aligns with the existing design language of the chat interface.
Performance Optimization: The loader should be lightweight and not impact the performance of the chat operations.

Tasks
