[Feature]: Add rich based stacktrace to entire codebase #143

Describe the Feature

We already have rich in mlinfra for the cli, but we'd like to extend that to the entire codebase to allow users and contributors to easily navigate through and report an exception.

Importance of the Feature

This feature allows users to have a well informed and elaborate stacktrace of why things broke and what was the root cause
