msf should be enforced to use ruby19 #156

metasploit does not support ruby20 in particular.
We need to make sure it's executed under the right version.

The current config is:
#!/usr/bin/env ruby

the ruby env command is fixed now, but nothing sets ruby19 at ebuild run time 
which means the bundler lines still fail

this has been fixed in gentoo for a while thanks to rampant insanity and lots 
of testing
