[rc 1.9] default profile is broken #167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. eselect profile pentoo:pentoo/default/linux/amd64
2. run "emerge world"

It seems like keywords/use flags not inherited.

Hint: I swapped the following lines and started to work:
pentoo:pentoo/base
pentoo:pentoo/arch/amd64

That's what I've done in r4851 and you reverted :(

when you did it you BROKE the arm profile, that is why yours was reverted.
