typically it helps to mention why you want this, how it is better than other 
tools already included or does something new, etc.

This is a frequency scanner. One can feed it a range of frequencies and it will 
find interesting ones and output to a .csv file. You can also use a Python 
script to output a heat map of the frequency range.
