based on sci-kit learn's own documentation, the Boston housing prices data set has some issues and should not be used: https://scikit-learn.org/stable/modules/generated/sklearn.datasets.load_boston.html
recommend adding from sklearn.datasets import fetch_openml and housing = fetch_openml(name="house_prices", as_frame=True)
