tiff with install background

@aplonska please create the install background in 2x size. There should be 2 files:

• background.png with size 540x380
• background@2x.png with size 1080x760

The command:

tiffutil -cathidpicheck background.png background@2x.png -out background.tiff

@aplonska please create a new file with background for Mac installer.

The old one:

• Please change the Notebook to Studio.
• Please create file with size 1080x760 and file name background@2x.png (I will try to resize the file myself to 540x380 and create a TIFF from them)
