Add type definitions #23

Add Typescript definition file. Already includes the other PRs methods.

Last PR for today, I swear :)

I will update all the dependencies of this project. Please could you help us also to improve the README to give paper references or a real case application ?

I must admit that I didn't write the code and I don't know all it's possibilities.
