Plugin - Default label = * ? #60

Feedback from James Kirby on the praat plugin:

...seems like it requires a different way to approach labeling, given that all intervals on the tier to be parsed require the same label.

is that the case? (The default isn't *, like for running auto_vot_decode.py from the command line?) If not, maybe a note should be put somewhere in the Praat plugin saying this?

Added an option to specify interval mark.
