The confidence interval ellipse is sometimes not redrawn when the button is clicked. @thealk : when did this happen, again?

(Doesn't need to be done before annotation starts)

I think it happened if you drew an ellipse but then cleared the vowel space, then selected a new vowel. The original ellipse stayed intact.
