Cleanup, API Call & Setting Refactor, Import Modal Upgrade

What Issue does this PR resolve? (Link to GitHub Issue, approved features and bugs will be given priority)

Please provide a video demo below, or a screenshot and description of the change.

• Unified Settings components to use more consistent styling and deleted redundant files
• Removed unused/old code that is now obsolete (Info Modal and Confirmation Modal)
• Upgraded import loading modal to new modal system
• Refactor redundant code for API calls
• Move all workday calls to its own folder
• rename util (the one under Calendar) to calendarHelper for consistency with other helpers and so we dont have two util files

Only visible change from UI Perspective demonstrated below
