Top part of extension popout is cutoff #163

Hi, on my Chrome browser, using an XPS 13 9310 (13.4- inch, 1920 x 1200) at 100% chrome zoom (and higher), the pop bit of the extension popup is cutoff:

However, this issue doesn't occur at 90% zoom and lower:
